How to automatically schedule interviews with Taira

Follow these steps to schedule interviews automatically.

How to Move Candidates to the Automated Interview Stage

Moving candidates through the interview process is quick and easy with Taira. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Drag and Drop: Simply drag and drop candidates into the interview stage that you’ve automated.

    OR

  2. Move Candidates: Select the candidates you want to move and click "Move To" to place them in the desired next stage.

Once you've moved the candidates, Taira will take care of the rest:

  • Taira will automatically message the hiring manager selected for that stage, requesting approval of their availability.

  • You’ll be notified once the hiring manager has been messaged.

  • You’ll also receive a notification once the hiring manager approves their availability.

Any pending interviews will be listed under the "Pending Meetings" tab in the Meetings section for easy tracking.
