Hiring Manager Approval Process for Candidate Scheduling

Before candidates can receive invitations to schedule their interview, the minimum required action from the hiring manager is to approve their availability. Here’s an overview of the approval process:

Approval Process

  • When candidates are moved manually or scheduled, Taira will notify the hiring manager to approve their availability.

  • The selected hiring manager is automatically set as the host of the meeting.

  • During the approval process, the hiring manager can update meeting settings, such as:

    • Adding more participants

    • Changing the availability method

What Happens After Approval?

  1. Candidates who are scheduled manually will receive a notification to choose their interview time.

  2. The hiring manager will receive a confirmation notification once the candidate has been notified.

  3. The meeting will then move to the "Awaiting Attendees" tab on the Meetings page, where it can be tracked until the candidate schedules a time.

This approval process ensures that the interview scheduling is smooth and organized, with flexibility for the hiring manager to make adjustments as needed.
