Tracking Interview Status with the Meetings Tab
The Meetings tab is a powerful tool for tracking the status of all interviews in your hiring process. It organizes meetings into different status tabs, allowing you to easily monitor where each interview stands.

βMeeting Status Tabs
Pending Interviewers β This tab shows meetings that are waiting for the hiring manager to approve the times.

It also displays the number of candidates who are waiting for the hiring manager to approve their interview times.
βIf multiple candidates are moved at once, the hiring manager can approve the times for all of them with just one click.
βInvited Candidates β Meetings in this tab are waiting for the candidate to schedule their interview.

βScheduled Meetings β This tab displays upcoming meetings that have been confirmed.

βCompleted & Cancelled β This includes meetings that have been completed, or canceled by the recruiter or the candidate.

As actions are taken by the hiring manager or candidate, the meeting will automatically move to the next relevant tab.
Once the times are approved, each interview will be displayed in the appropriate tab, with the following details:
Candidate Name
Job Title, Stage, and Interview Format
Interviewer(s)
Date of Creation/Invitation/Scheduled Time
Meeting Status
Editing Meetings
The Talent Acquisition (TA) team can edit any meeting, except those that have been completed. Each meeting will include the following options:
Edit Button β Modify meeting details as needed.
Replace Host Button β Assign a new host if necessary.
This system provides clear visibility of your interview process and allows you to manage meeting statuses efficiently.
