How to reschedule an interview or a meeting?

How to Reschedule Meetings from the Scheduled Meetings Tab


The Scheduled Meetings tab is the only tab in the Meetings section that does not include an Edit button. However, if you need to make changes to a scheduled interview, you can easily reschedule it.


How to Reschedule a Meeting

Follow these steps to reschedule a meeting:

  1. Click the "Reschedule" Button: This option allows you to modify the scheduled meeting details.

  2. What Happens After You Reschedule:

    • Approval Request: Even if no other meeting details change, Taira will automatically request approval from the hiring manager again.

    • Candidate Notification: The candidate will be notified that their interview has been postponed. They will also be informed that they will soon receive an invitation to reschedule.

This process ensures that both the hiring manager and the candidate are updated promptly, maintaining clear communication and keeping the interview process on track.
