Clicked a button in Taira chat and it doesn't work, or clicked a tab and it's not loading or you're logged out? See an error on the login button?
No worries. Watch this video or follow the steps below to log in:
Type "reset" to Taira. She will respond with a button "login to myInterview". Click here and provide your credentials
If this is still not working,
go to the MS Teams app on your task bar
right click to see "quit teams". Once clicked, you'll be logged out of teams.
Open up teams again, and follow step 1.
If still not working, go to the settings of your computer
Click "apps" and find ms teams
Click the 3 dots and then "advanced options"
Scroll down and click "reset" and wait 1 minute
Open up teams again, and follow step 1.
If still not working, open up ms teams on your browser, and then follow step 1
