Update the host of a meeting

Updating the host for a scheduling stage

Sometimes you may want to change the hiring manager for an automated scheduling stage.

check out this video or follow the steps below

  1. Click the "jobs" tab

  2. Find your job - search if it doesn't appear in the list

  3. Find the automated stage you want to update. Click the 3 dots.

  4. Click the toggle for "requires set up only" so it's no longer blue

  5. Find the automation you want to edit, and click "edit"

  6. Click the gear icon-this opens the scheduling form.

  7. Update the hiring manager as the host, then click "update"

  8. Click "update" on the automation screen

  9. Click "save"

Now for each time you move candidates to this stage, the new hiring manager you selected will be messaged to approve their availability.
