Sometimes you may want to change the hiring manager for an automated scheduling stage.
check out this video or follow the steps below
- Click the "jobs" tab 
- Find your job - search if it doesn't appear in the list 
- Find the automated stage you want to update. Click the 3 dots. 
- Click the toggle for "requires set up only" so it's no longer blue 
- Find the automation you want to edit, and click "edit" 
- Click the gear icon-this opens the scheduling form. 
- Update the hiring manager as the host, then click "update" 
- Click "update" on the automation screen 
- Click "save" 
Now for each time you move candidates to this stage, the new hiring manager you selected will be messaged to approve their availability.
