Use scheduling reminders to ensure that all parties get reminded to schedule interviews and ensure that they show up to the interview.
Reminder Setup:
Go to the job you want to set up reminders for. Click the 3 dots next to the job name, then select "scheduling reminders" on the dropdown. Then select "Job custom preferences".
From here, select which persona to set reminders for.
Hiring Managers (under the "host" section):
You can set up to 2 reminders for Hiring Managers to approve their availability to schedule an interview if they haven't done so. Set how much time should pass until the hiring manager receives the next reminder.
You can set up when to remind the Hiring Manager about the upcoming interview. The reminder includes a button to reschedule a a link to download the candidate's CV (if it was provided via the ATS/on myInterview).
TAs (under the "creator" section):
You can set up a message to the TA when the Hiring Manager hasn't approved their availability for a meeting. They will receive the message based on the hours passed from the Hiring Manager's last reminder, or the first messaged they received (if there was no reminder)
Candidates:
You can set up to 2 reminders for candidates to receive once they have been invited to schedule, but haven't done so. Set how much time should pass until the candidate receives the next reminder.
You can set up when to remind the candidate about their upcoming interview.
Setting Reminders at the Company Level (admins only):
If you are the admin, go to settings, click notifications, then select "scheduling". From here you can configure the reminders (setup mentioned above).
Any update you make will only affect all future jobs created after the update. All jobs created automatically inherit the reminder settings you set up.
By default, all reminders on the company level are set to none for all personas.
