To control which optional scheduling notifications you receive and don’t receive, navigate to the settings tab, and click “notifications”, then click the tab labeled "scheduling".
You’ll see a list of all scheduling notifications you can possibly receive when you are the creator of the meeting, the host of the meeting, or both.
You will always receive notifications that are disabled.
When you are the creator and the host of the meeting (i.e. when you create ad hoc meetings between you and the candidate) you will receive a combination of creator and host notifications and some notifications will not be relevant since you are acting as both roles.
The column “creator and host” breaks down all of these combined notifications for you. When you are the creator and the host, the only optional notification that will show up for you is the hosts “interview completed” notification.
