Playback audio issues

Here are some helpful ways to fix any problems you are experiencing with the audio playback during the myInterview process.

Silent Mode

Make sure your computer/phone volume is up!
Candidates should make sure that the device they are playing their myInterview playback on is not on silent and sound is turned on. We suggest checking the setting on the app that you are using as well to make sure you have the latest version and have your audio settings allowed.

Microphone Usage
myInterview users must also ensure that their voice was recorded during the interview process. Check out this article on troubleshooting microphone issues.
