You can customize your interviews by selecting your own logo, background, colors, adding an introduction video and even adding your very own Representative name!

Let's learn how to create personalized pages like this one!

Step 1: Creating your very own Branding Template

Go into Settings > Branding > Brand Name > +Add New Style

After that, a pop-up will appear where you can fully personalize all of your Branding information and squeeze it into one single template for further usage with just a simple click of a button when you're creating a new job

Step 2: Customizing your own Brand Name

In the Branding Template, you can write down your unique Brand Name which will display itself to your dear candidates and possible coworkers in the future.

Step 3: Uploading your Company Logo

In the Branding section, after writing down your Brand Name, you can also upload or change your signature Company Logo that will display in your interview page. The recommended size is around 8.00 KB, and its dimensions should be around 320x320 pixels.

Step 4: Updating a Unique Brand Color

Following your Company Logo, you will have the ability to change the primary and secondary background color to your heart’s content using our color palette. You may preview how the color changes will display on the right side of your screen when you input the Branding template when you create your new job, including all of the other changes in the template you will make.

Step 5: Inputting Your Representative Name and Position to Showcase to Your Candidates

This step is reserved for providing more information about the Employer to your dear candidates. Specifically, the name of the Representative that is hiring, and their position within the company which is hiring. Adding more information will make the video interview experience more fun and personal for the candidates, while also allowing for the representative to greet and communicate with candidates throughout the application journey.

Step 6: Uploading a Distinctive Representative Image

Just below the Brand Color section, you will have the option to upload a brand new Background Image that will display on your interview. You can select a photo from your files or drag and drop on into the box below. Additionally, if you don't have a photo of yourself as a recruiter you can use one of our existing representative images to add a little bit more personality to your Video Interview process.

* We recommend photos be at a max size of 2MB, ideal ratio 1:1, width 1400px or smaller.

Step 7: Uploading a Default Welcome Video

The 5th step is all about attracting the best possible candidates by branding your interview with a Welcome Video. You can always use our own myInterview default Welcome Video, or simply create and customize your unique, vertically shot Welcome Video! There are 3 options that you can choose from: to record your Welcome Video through our platform, upload a video from your files, or simply paste a link from Youtube, Vimeo, or Dropbox as the 3rd option.

Finally, all that's left is for you to simply click on the "Save Style" button and your Branding template will be saved for using it in your future which you can also Edit, Duplicate, or Delete your customized Branding Style.

To use the revamped Branding Style and your newly-customized Branding Template, you will just need to switch to the Advanced Screening Questions interview mode which you can easily navigate to Settings > Interview Mode, and update it from there. After the changes have applied, when creating a new job, you will notice the Branding section to select your Branding Template on the 1st step of creating the job (Job Details part), just below the Key Benefits section.

If you have any questions regarding the Branding feature or if need any assistance with how the platform works, please do not hesitate to contact the support team for guidance by using the Blue chat box located on the lower right corner of your screen, or by simply reaching out to help@myinterview.com and we would gladly provide our assistance!
