Now you can make use of Scheduling to better organize your next stage of the hiring process for 1:1 Live Video Interviews. 👏
Select the candidate you would like to schedule a Live Interview with by clicking on the 3 dots on the candidate's card and selecting Scheduling.
Make sure you have the correct video conferencing account selected.
Your connected calendar and available times will automatically show as light green, as displayed below.
Please select the available slots for the interview. The candidate will be able to select one of these slots.
Once you have selected your slots, select Send Invites.
myInterview will now automatically contact the candidate for them to schedule a time for the interview.
